Damon Nash
Founder/Speaker/Fundraiser
Damon Nash, originally from Cleveland, OH, earned a full basketball scholarship to Miles College in Birmingham, AL, where he discovered his passion for motivational speaking and founded the Helping Others Achieve (H.O.A.) group. Through H.O.A., Damon and fellow students spoke at local high schools about college and job preparation. After graduating with a Business Administration degree, Damon launched Nfluence Me, a youth empowerment company focused on inspiring students to achieve personal and academic success.
He has presented his T.A.G. method (Thoughts, Actions, Goals) to over 25,000 students nationwide, receiving high praise from educators and students alike. Damon’s motivational speeches, combined with his spoken word performances and his popular Nfluence t-shirt line, effectively engage and inspire young audiences.

Dakarai Nash
Creative Director/ Front-End Designer
Dakarai Nash, from Raleigh, NC, graduated from North Carolina A&T University with a Graphic Design degree and a 3.5 GPA. At A&T, he developed skills in digital imaging, animation, and multimedia design while leading graphic design for the volunteer group Best Buddies. He also served as Community Service Chair for the NC A&T chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Art (AIGA), organizing community outreach initiatives. Dakarai is a self-taught artist and music producer, driven by a passion to create and help others.
